At Solsidan Capital, we operate as a value-driven real estate group. We focus on acquiring manufactured home communities with improvement potential in strong growth markets throughout the United States, and executing our value-add strategy to the properties. Solsidan Capital has been a successful operating partner in over twenty manufactured housing communities – totaling over 4,300 manufactured housing sites and infilling over 1,000 of those sites with new manufactured homes. Our goal is to provide safe, affordable housing to the residents in our communities, and dependable, robust returns to our investors.
The Solsidan logo mark represents and supports the ideas of quality, trust, and community. Our brand’s name is taken from a community in Sweden called Solsidan, which means “Sunnyside.” The idea of optimism is brought forth in the sun, which are the circular line shapes in the top half of the mark coming from behind the symbolic line shape of a manufactured home. Multiple lines act to create one image just as multiple residents and homes come together to form a community.
