The Troy manufactured housing asset is a 4-park portfolio that includes over 400 sites. The Asset was purchased in December, 2021. The team is beginning the value-add process in the Community, which includes: re-paving portions of the roads, adding off-street parking, improving the lighting and amenities of the Community, and assisting tenants in improving the exterior of their homes and grounds. At the time of closing, there were approximately 300 tenants in the park, and the team is in the process of adding 50-60 new manufactured homes to the growing college town.
