Rolling Hills is a 95-site mobile home community in the flourishing West Little Rock market. The Asset was purchased in June, 2021. The team is currently in the value add process of re-paving the roads/parking pads, improving the amenities of the Community, and assisting tenants in improving the exterior of their homes and grounds. At the time of closing, 40 of the lots were occupied, and the team is in the process of adding 40-45 new manufactured homes to provide affordable, safe housing in the State Capital of Arkansas.
